Chi Ball
Mondays 10:30am – 11:30am

Stimulates your cardiovascular system, engages core,  tones and stretches the full-body, and induces calmness of mind and body through deep breathing, visualization and meditation. Combines Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and Qi Gong principles into fluid movements.


Tuesdays 4:30pm – 5:30pm

A rejuvenating yet energizing gentle Yoga Flow adapted to the pre and post natal mothers. It emphasizes stability, flexibility and vitality. This class offers mothers a space of relaxation and an opportunity to connect with other mothers and expectant mothers. It is an excellent preparation for birthing through breath, body and mind awareness. There are 2 six-week series each $54 plus tax. Drop in on a space available basis.

1st Series: September 19th – October 24th 

2nd Series: November 7th – December 12th

Core For Yoga
Thursdays 10:30 – 11:30am

Exercises are designed to help strengthen and tone your core, upper and lower body for yoga. Mat exercises and some props may be used. Core abdominal strength improves nearly every pose offering improvements in your balance and ease in your asanas. All Levels

Yoga For All
Saturdays 8:30 – 10:00am

This eclectic 75 minute practice open to all students on Saturday mornings. The class is sure to include hip openers, core work, endurance challenges, pranayama (breath work), and restorative meditation.



NEW Stretch & Balance
Wednesdays  12pm – 1pm

Stretching is a vital part of any exercise routine as it gives your muscles the ability to lengthen, to expand and restore after exercise.  Increase flexibility, range of motion, balance and strength while making a deeper connection between the mind and body. Mats and props provided. All levels welcome!
