A Tabata round consists of 20 seconds of intense effort followed by 10 seconds of rest, 8 times in a 4 minute period! Adding Tabata to your workout give your body increase calorie burn for up to 24 hours post workout. Tababta and Tabata Type Rounds will be incorporated into this Boot Camp, combined with an opportuninty with our website to track your measurements, weight, progress and nutritional tips.
