A motivating personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Sue Conrad has been Certified by the American Council on Exercise in Personal Training Since 2001. She is a certified 200-RYT Yoga Instructor, Spinning & Schwinn Certified in Indoor Cycling, and Barre 8.
She is a Fitness Specialist on Expert Village, Livestrong, EHow & YouTube. Her 14 years of experience in the fitness industry shines through in her fitness classes and Personal Training.
Currently Sue teaches Pilates, Strength & Sculpt, Spinning, and Tabata Bootcamp. She also teaches the following Yoga classes: Yoga for All, Core for Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Pre/Postnatal. Sue likes working with clients of all levels. What she enjoys most about fitness is helping people feel successful and healthy in their bodies and everyday lives.
In her off time, Sue can be found hiking, biking, running, and practicing yoga.
