Beginner’s Bootcamp Series starts Monday 6am at Hames!

Ever wanted to try a bootcamp class, but the name sounded a little scary? Come join our Beginner’s Bootcamp class and learn the basics to give you the confidence to join any bootcamp class! Modifications will be offered for all fitness levels. Equipment used in class may include free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls and BOSU balance trainers. Class runs June 4-June 25th on Monday & Wednesday 6-6:45am!
