Bio

My interest in fitness started early with my participation in youth softball, gymnastics and fitness walks. When I moved to California in 1997, I began to participate in triathlons, 5K runs & walks, long and short distance bike rides and most recently soccer. In November of 2001, I became certified as a Personal Trainer.

If the focus of your training is on maximizing your performance and fine tuning your technique, you won’t have to work as hard to get the results you are striving to achieve. Using proper technique will reduce injuries, increase efficiency and maximize results. Whether your primary goal is training for your first triathlon or general overall fitness, I enjoy working with clients of all fitness levels from the trained athlete to the first timer. If you are interested in incorporating fitness into your lifestyle and would like me to assist you in this endeavor, please feel free to contact me with any questions.
