NEW Sunrise Stretch Starts April 4th
Sunrise Stretch 6-645am
Start your week off right recovering from the weekend! Perfect blend of stretching and rejuvenation to prepare your body for the week ahead. This class will focus on hip-opening, chest and back, shoulders, hamstrings, and target all those tight areas in between. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
May: Strawberry-Spinach Salad
Ingredients
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 (6-oz.) bags baby spinach
- 1 (16-oz.) container strawberries, quartered
- 1 (4-oz.) package crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced toasted almonds
- Bottled red wine vinaigrette
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Starting April 1st Tabata Bootcamp/Kickboxing will be 2x a week! Wednesday & Friday 6-645am!
Mix up your routine with the balance, coordination and strength building moves of kickboxing. Get a full-body workout incorporating jabs, hooks, uppercuts, kicks and athletic drills. Incorporating core, cardio and strength into a 45-minute packed class!
