Interval Training Starts September 1st
Interval Training Tu/Thu 9:15-10am
Tired of the same old routine? Interval Training uses timing to count the exercises instead of repetitions making the time fly by with 20-30-40 second intervals to count each exercise. Complete upper and lower body workout with Cardio, Strength and Core Exercises. Use of BOSU Balance Trainer, Medicine Balls, Resistance Balls and Bands, and Free Weights. Low and High Impact Options Available.
New Prenatal Yoga Series Starts September 1st

2nd Series – October 20, 27, November 3,10,17, 24

A rejuvenating yet energizing gentle Yoga Flow adapted to the pre and post natal mothers. Emphasizes stability, flexibility, and vitality. This class offers mothers a space of relaxation and an opportunity to connect with other mothers and expectant mothers. An excellent preparation for birthing through breath, body and mind awareness. There are two six week series, each $54 plus tax. Drop in on a space available basis.
